Ingredients

  • 4 large egg
  • 4 oz english muffin, 2 muffins, split
  • 4 slice ham
  • 2 slice cheddar
  • 1 tsp butter

Steps

  1. Toast the split English muffins until golden.
  2. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and fry the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes until the whites are set, flipping for the last 30 seconds so the yolks are cooked through.
  3. Warm the ham slices in the same skillet for 1 minute per side.
  4. Build each sandwich with a muffin bottom, ham, a slice of cheddar, 2 eggs and the muffin top, then press lightly so the cheese melts.
